Wishing Well

He stays on brokeback lane far removed from Holy mountain.

He wants to drink from the Holy fountain, but he lacks the

will to attack the malevolence that holds him back.

He proceeds to do evil deeds with expediency and a vigor for greed.

If only he’d heed the call he’d at this point

forestall the coming onslaught of danger that’ll give rise

to anger confusing his malignancy of heart to care less.

All so that under duress, he seems honest to lie at the test.
